37th annual shanley deacon dinner auction

The Shanley Deacon Dinner Auction is the one of the largest dinner auctions and longest running in the three-state region and one of the highest grossing dinner auction of Catholic high school systems in the United States. All proceeds from the annual dinner auction go to support the annual operating budget of all St. John Paul II Catholic Schools.
2021 Covid protocols are continually being addresssed and revised to provide the healthiest, safest and most entertaining in-person dinner auction for all guests. Click on the link below for the most up-to-date information.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid protocol and limited space, there will be no
opportunity to celebrate Mass as a group this year.
There will be new surprises, combined with all of the old fun and friendship for which the Shanley Deacon Dinner Auction has come to be known.
For ease, you will be able to reserve your tickets online with a credit card - click on the above tab RSVP. Should you wish to pay with a check, you can easily print and fill out the reservation form found on this same and mail it in with your payment. If you would like to reserve tables of 8, use the same reservation form on our website.
At the present time, due to Covid regulations for large assembly spaces, the Holiday Inn is only able to offer 450 seats for this year's dinner auction.
For those who may not feel comfortable to or unable to attend this in-person event, we will be utilizing the same free text bidding process as last year. You will be able to bid from the safety of your own home, should you choose. Information regarding this free text bidding HERE.
LIVE BROADCAST OF THE 37TH DINNER AUCTION
You won’t want to miss this year’s dinner auction as plans are being made to broadcast the two-hour Live Auction portion to alumni and supporters across the United States; be sure to be our guest at the Holiday Inn. Details regarding this broadcast will be posted on this website, closer to the date of the event.
Your 2021-2022 Catholic Tuition Raffle Form is located on the Shanley Deacon Dinner Auction website. $20 per raffle ticket. Winner need not be present to win.
Within the evening’s Live Auction, there is an annual Special Project proposed toward which guests can bid donations. Past Special Project initiatives have funded the present SmartLabs through the elementary schools and Sullivan Middle School, supported the school network-wide technology infrastructure advancements, advanced the Teacher Endowment and provided smartboard technology through our school network.
