HOW CAN I VIEW THE RECORDED LIVE BROADCAST FROM APRIL 25?
Due to Covid-19, the Shanley Deacon Dinner Auction occurred in a virtual format (text bidding) so as to make sure that all of our guests, families and friends remained healthy throughout this time. A live broadcast occurred on Saturday, April 25 from 7-9 pm to bolster the bidding. If you happen to miss the broadcast, you are in luck. FOR THOSE ITEMS I'VE BID ON AND WON, HOW CAN I PAY AND PICK THEM UP?
In this unique year, here will be the "pay and pick-up" process so as to keep our guests safe and healthy:
Beginning on Monday, May 4, we will be open in the Auction Room for you to pay for your items and pick them up. The "Auction Room" is located on the second floor of Sts. Anne & Joachim Church at 5202 25th Street South in Fargo. Once you have entered the church, there will be signs to direct you to the second floor Auction Room.
Should you wish to pay for your items by credit card prior to May 4, you may contact Maria Dahlin at 701-893-3233 during normal school business hours so that she can process your payment.
Beginning on May 4 in the Auction Room, you have the ability to pay by credit card or check/cash on site. The hours that the Auction Room will be open to pay and pick-up will be as follows:
Week of May 4: 4-7 pm, Mon.-Thurs.
Week of May 11: 4-7 pm, Mon.-Thurs.
Week of May 18: 4-7 pm, Mon.-Thurs.
Should you have difficulty in being able to pay/pick-up your item(s) during one of the above time periods, please contact Auction Director Lee Hoedl at 701-306-1266 or at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements for an alternative plan.
